A blend of 1/3 Auxerrois, 1/3 Riesling and 1/3 Yellow Muscat, maceration of 4-6 hours and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 2 months, aged in aok barrels for 12 months. Intense yellow color with aroma of cinnamon, walnuts and vanilla, elegantly rounded, well structured full bodied wine. Aging potential till 2009. Only 5.000 bottles produced and only 1.200 available in the U.S.
