This is a vegan wine. 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot - Fully ripened with layers of currant, blackberry, pomegranate and soy sauce. Also, look for herbal notes of mint and oregano. Bright, concentrated cherry mouth with nice earthy/mineral touches. Rich and chewy tannins balanced with a perky acidity keeps this wine lively throughout. A gutsy wine in need of a steak!
