Cava Santa is one of the oldest and better-known Tequila producers in all of Mexico. Their methods of production dates back to 1926 when the family business was formalized. Agaves are roasted in hornos, milled, and fermented with Orendains’s proprietary yeast culture. After a 4-day fermentation, the aguamiel is distilled twice.

The attack is light and very pungent with sencillo complexity and moderate agave intensity. The finish has low sweetness, with medium mouth feel. The bottle is etched and it meticulously portrays the important cultural mix between the Spanish conquistadors and the pre-hispanic indigenous. This gift pack comes with matching shot glasses.
